contact infor for Citicard settlement dept?

I need to call them to settle my balance. Is there a good number I can call? I was able to arrange to be their special program of 0% interest rate since earlier of this year. When I was on the phone, I was told that at anytime if I could afford to settle the balance, I just needed to call them back. However, today when I called in, the answer was, "No, that's not an option since I am on their special program?!?!" - so let me know if this is true? If not, is there a good number to contact?

Any tips or advice are greatly appreciated.

The first person you talk to is a worker ant. They offered me a deal for 60 monthly payments at 0% interest. I told them that I would go bankrupt first. You need to tell them to elevate your call to the next level. The next person told me right off the bat that they were willing to settle for 55%. I told them that I would like to counter offer with 40% and they said that they would present it to their board for review. I'm waiting to hear back from them now.
