I cant pay bills. Im sinking into debt quickly. My wife has cancer and the bills are adding up. I want to consolidate.

You can definitely consolidate your bills. You can do it yourself by contacting your creditors on your own and negotiating with them for consolidation. If you're not comfortable in negotiating with them, then you can take help of debt relief companies in order to consolidate your debts.
