I lodged a report few months back after I found someone misusing my card . No action taken so far. Is there anything I can do?

Didn't you call the credit card issuer when your card was stolen? They should have blocked the card once you report it as stolen. You should call them once again and request them to block the card and issue a new card so that no one can mis-use your card any further.

Check out your files and see if you indeed have a case number and the contact info of the officer-in-charge. You needed to be in touch with him regarding the case updates from time to time. See if you can inform him about the fresh charges.
