Credit card debt apparently. I need to go the SD box and pull out the BK discharge and make sure they were listed. However the debt is 21 years old, does not appear on my credit report, which I ran the day the first call came in.

Yes they can try to collect. They can't sue you so, your best option is to send a cease and desist. IF this was included in your BK, you may be able to sue them, however. The bankruptcy discharge is a court order. It says that creditors cannot do ???any act??? to collect a debt that was discharged in the bankruptcy.
