I would like to know myself who is Pinnacle? & my question is my school apparently sent my debt ($189 @i lost my job),to creditor but now that ive been asking & asking to no avail i finally got a call with a # to contact but they just told me they do not have ANY info of mine.So i called school & he said that's good just pay us & we'll give u a letter when paid off.

The school probably hired them to collect but they've now sent the debt back to the school because they were unable to do so. Set up a payment arrangement with your school and get it taken care of as quickly as you can.
