I received a call on my work voicemail from ID Solutions, claiming they were from the legal outsource department. The number that was left was 1-877-312-9337. Does any know about this company? I'm not sure if I should call them back. I know it is probably about a payday loan. But, I haven't received anything by mail from them.

As far as I know, ID Solutions is not a payday lender. It is a third party collection agency that buys bad debts from loan sharks, financial institutions etc. You will have to check out whether or not any of your creditors have sold off your debt account to this collection agency.
