The creditor has already received a garnishment judgment for you. So, I don't think you can do much. You can go for the option of bankruptcy. However, your student loans won't get discharged in your bankruptcy filing. Your bank account won't get closed automatically. If you want to stop the creditor from debiting money from that account, then you should close down the account. However, if they have received a judgment for garnishment against you, then they will be able to garnish your other accounts as well.

I don't think moving out of the state is the right solution to your problem. What you need is money. So, I would suggest you find a regular job asap. Next consult a bankruptcy lawyer. The lawyer can help you file bankruptcy in the right way. The lawyer can also help you deal with the garnishment issue. As for the student loans, you can contact your creditor and work out a payment plan.

Bankruptcy lawyers don't work for free. They charge fees for their services. However, a good bankruptcy lawyer may agree to accept the fee later. But that depends on lawyer's discretion. If you don't want to do a regular job, then I guess you have search for other avenues to make more money online. Why don't you create your own blog. Then you can earn money through affiliate marketing also.
