Need Advice quick

I got a response from the BBB from United Cash Loans saying I am a repeat customer and that was a lie. I made a mistake of answering the phone yesterday and was threatened to be called everyday. I know they are sister companies with Ameriloan and I need to know what to do I have filed a FTC compaint going off the information the woman at the BBB said that they were loacated on tribal land. They refuse to give address to send payment I owe UCL $15.00 after all my fees were added up. I still owe Ameriloan $200 due to not paying at all but I had just renewed my loan and if all fees can be counted I would owe them about 50.00 dollars. I am confused and lost right now I need to knw what should I do?
