I just received my 7th call from Allied Interstate and they are a bunch of rude,*&(^%$. I ask for the persons name and he refused, i ask for the address, they refused, they wanted payment I refused , they threaten me going to jail, i was committing freud, and they were going to send a man to my house with a subpeona to court.
I have three different numbers for them and I told them not to call and explained that i did not need to be harassed and that i have heart problems and dont need this , we dont car about your health problems if you would pay your bills this would not be a problem , i hung up on him, i know i owe the bill, but when you live on $820.00 a month its hard to take care of your regular bills. No question just post this. I dont know what to do at this point. What do you think do you have a national do not call registry phone number.

You cannot "tell" a CA not to call....cease and desist must be done in writing per the FDCPA.
They have violated the FDCPA threatening you with jail and threatening to supeona you. Can you record them? I would suggest filing a complaint with your AG's office.
What number are they calling you from? You could google it to get an address.
