I had a phone call from a man who had an accent and said that I owed money on a internet loan. I asked him to send me information and he said he couldn't because I am a suspect and he will have the police get me on Monday to bring me to court. Do I need to be concerned about this?

A good rule of thumb is that if someone calls claiming you owe money and then goes on to say things such as "you will go to jail", "you are a suspect", "we will send the police to come pick you up" then you KNOW without a doubt that it is all BS because you CAN'T go to jail, be prosecuted, even get a slap on the hand because of debt.
