i'm being sued by capitol 1. i went over my limit and the fees started adding up. i made every attempt to catch up~paying $40 to $50/mo. for 8 months, but the fees would not subsidse. now i'm being sued, credit is fragile, even after my card was cancelled i tried to pay them, but they kept adding charges! what should i do? i don't agree with the amount i owe~&1256 it should be around $700

Keep in mind your total includes interest, late fees and court and legal costs. You can probably see on the court website the cost of the filing. Law offices will add $500-600 for the cost of the court prep and action....
