Still need a sample letter disputing debt for Cash Direct Express

I received a letter from Alliance Asset Management on April 12th. I have 30 days to dispute debt they are trying to collect for Cash Direct Express. I did NOT contact AAM nor did I talk to anyone...they contacted me first. I am only saying this because the samples I found are worded in such a way that doesn't apply to my situation. Can anyone help? I need to get this out ASAP.

Did you already pay CDE in full? Did you send them the illegal lender letter? If so, I would just send a letter to AAM telling them you dispute the debt as it has already been paid in full. I would also inform them that their client is operating without a license and include a copy of the illegal lender letter you sent.
