we find it hard to pay the tustee sometimes. if something goes wrong with the pool or high electric bills we are out of budget. what can we do?

Did you say pool? As in swimming pool? I'd say, if you're having trouble paying your trustee (for bankruptcy, I'm assuming) then, don't open it. You'll save money on electricity, chemicals, etc. and be able to meet your obligations. Pools are a luxury, not a necessity.
