I have a payday loan company calling and harrasing me. The thing is i never got a loan with this company. They are threatning me saying i am being sued and will go to jail. All this for a supposed $300 loan that was never paid back? Please help, i never got any money from this company. They would not give me any information on the company this was for or anything.

If you haven't taken the payday loan, then you're not responsible for any kind of payment. You should tell them politely that you won't pay them anything as you haven't taken out a loan. In case they continue to harass you, then you should tell them that you might take legal actions against them.
