Midland Funding LLC has a class action lawsuit against them. How can my husband and I get on this. They never notified us to appear in court to defend ourselves. They garnished my husbands paycheck three times and we had no chance to make arrangements to pay this off or any other option. Please help!

They garnished you? did you ever get served a summons for a lawsuit prior to the garnishing? If not, then you have a chance to get it thrown out and the court could order Midland to return the money they took. Please get back to me with details of what happened with this, it would be better if you emailed me or PM'ed me instead of posting them here because some CA's have been known to browse this forum.
