I keep getting calls from JC Christensen re: an LVNV account. I have requested validation from this company several times, and also asked to be contacted ONLY via mail by USPS method. I am not sure WHO the original creditor is, and who I actually owe money to if any. How do I find out, and what are my rights as far not owing money to anyone other than the original creditor?

You can get hold of your credit report which will mention the names of your creditors and the collection agencies to whom you owe money. If your original creditor has charged off and sold the account to a collection agency, then you'll be liable for paying the collection agency and not your original creditor.
