Paid debt.

I paid a $117.37 debt. to them. 3 months later another collection agency is calling me. Stating the debt was never paid (direct-tv). I have tried calling them on all the numbers listed but there either busy or disconnected. They screwed my credit, I am now pissed off. What can I do!!!

Hopefully you have proof of your payment...cancelled check, copy of paid money draft (not money order receipt), Western Union receipt. Send a copy to "them".
