receiving a call from 1-877-348-3559

I have received two voice mail messages from Mr. C. R. Jones stating he will be at my home on tomorrow to serve me with a summons. To avoid the summons I need to call 1-877-348-3599. What do i need to do?

You can call the number and check out what the person has to say. If the person refers to any debt that you owe them, you should ask him to validate the debt before paying anything. If you receive a summons, then you'll have to give a reply to it.

Process servers do not call in advance to let you know they are going to serve you! They are a scam! I googled the number and serveral others have received the same call.
