recieved a call that was blocked, requesting me to call 855-212-9415 with a case number...recieved it again as a voicemail on my cell and was told this man named paul landin was coming to find me to serve me papers...do they actually call and notify you that you are being served....i am scared

No they don't notify you when they are going to serve you they just do it. They are trying to get you to respond so they can harrass you . Do you know what company they are claiming to call you on behalf of?
