I had taken out several internet payday loans last September. Eventually,I got way over my head. They all have been turned over to collection companies. Here is a list of companies I borrowed from, how much, and who is calling me now. I can't get any of them to send a debt valadation letter. All threating legal action, for either passing a bad check or defrauding a finiancial company.
CashnetUsa.com- borrowed 750, extended the loan twice by paying $197, ID Solutions now is calling saying I owe $1700
Payday One- $400, paid $105, IAG- now saying I owe $1300 or if I pay in full $523
Zip19- I did settle this one on my own. I sent them a letter and only have to pay my $230 which is what was left on my orginial loan
Payday-loan-yes $350, NCW has this now saying I owe $1350
I didn't make any payments on this loan. Will settle for $571 if I pay in full
ThinkCash- $500, paid 3 payments of $89.50, Now with Praixus, says I now owe $985
I am on a very tight budget. My husband is not working and has health issues. That is how I got into this mess. None of these companies will accept small payments. I need help to try and get out of this mess.
By the way I live in Ohio.

Payday loans are considered legal in Ohio. But unless they validate the debts, you shouldn't pay them anything. You can even go for payday loan settlement in order to get rid of this mess.

I called a couple payday loan consolidation companies. They all want me to pay about $300 to $500 a month, plus I have to have a bank account. I can't get a account at this time and I am not comfortable giving out my back account. That how I got into this mess. Also, no way to pay that amount. I thought Payday-Loan-Yes was an illegal lender. Can't I tell the collection agency this and just pay the principle on the loan?
