[COLOR=black]Problem with ER Solution Inc. There is a Sprint bill that my son had in my name in 3/07. It went deliquent in 6/07- 7/07. I paid on it but it went to CA. ER Solutions Inc. are the 2nd CA. since late 2009. Annually they change the Date Open, Date of Status and Last Reported for TransUnion and Experian. Each time it causes my credit score to drop 10-15 points as it looks like a new collection account. After the recent report, they mailed a settlement offer for 50%.The OC amount was around $325, their asking for $245.00.($490) I live in Missouri the SOL is 4-5 years on service accounts I believe. So they are coming close to SOL. I can't have them continuing to ding my score with the same account. What should my next step be? I haven't validated yet. But can they keeping changing dates as if it's a new account. Thanks in advanced:p[/COLOR]
