ACI bought my 2nd mortgage. I made a payment arrangement with them that I cannot afford and gave them my bank account information. What can I do to get out of this?

You should negotiate for even more affordable payment plan which you'll be able to pay. However, it will depend upon the discretion of ACI whether or not they will consider your request for a better repayment plan.
