Balance Due on my acct.

I have sent payments towards my balance I would like to know what my current balance is. I never get any statement regarding this matter which I would like to recieve via email at PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED for my records. I don't like getting calls every month looking for the payments that I send on time. ref# 18410757 I would appreciate if you can email me a statement or a anwser to my question I dont want any phone calls. I am tired of getting them I am making payments of my acct.

You will have to contact your creditor in order to know about your current balance. You should ask your creditor to provide you with the statements on time. I don't think anyone here will be able to provide you with a statement for your account.

It sounds like you are in collections....collection agencies to not mail statements. If you want a balance, call. If you wish no calls, you will have to cease and desist in writing....however the FDCPA does not provide for a partial or mail only cease and desist. Depending on your creditor, a c&d could lead to further action
