Judgement and MRC recievables

Good Morning,
I have a delima and need assistance. MRC recievables got a judgement against me in 2008. I did not get a summons to go to court but recieved ganishment let from work explaining a ganishment was attached due to the judgement. I am unclear if this was paid off with ganishment or not. I am trying to find the telephone number to MRC recievables or information on how to contact government agency regarding the judgement so it can be removed from my credit.

you need to go thru the court website and see how and where they served you. If you were not properly served, you can motion the court to have the judgement set aside for lack of service.
You would need to contact the whoever is collecting it to find out your balance....when you are sued they assess court and legal costs to your amount so it will significantly raise the amount you owe.
