I just recieved a call from Robin Black @1-888-234-9318. She said she is in my city to serve me papers and I have one last time to call and settle debt or I am going to court. I can set up a payment plan, I am pretty sure it's Check Into Cash but my question is are they really going to come to my house? or work?


Most likely not. Although, Check into Cash is a legal lender. I would contact Check into Cash directly and set up a payment arrangement with them. Are you certain it's CiC collecting? Have you had other PDLs? "Real" process servers rarely call ahead to warn you they're coming. The element of surprise is their best weapon.

Honestly, I have no idea who it is. I am just assuming it's CIC because I have not paid them. She stated on my voice mail for writing bad checks? I havent used checks in over 5 years and I am sure my bank would have contacted me. I called the # she left on my voice mail and the operator said there are 2 sides to the company she works for one side is ACS and the other is David Madison. I tried looking up any info on the net and found NOTHING! This is why I am hesitant to call back and speak with anyone. But I will call CIC to work out a payment arrangement.

well then contact CASHNET USA and verify they didn't sell the debt.if they did whoever owns it must sue you in your town,county,or bourough.if it was sold you are by law entitled to a letter from this place and they must send it 5 days after initial contact.again contact cashnet and find out,because if they sold it chances are it was to a bottomfeeder that will try scare tactics.

Kelley, Look that number up on the web, I just had a huge mess at my work yesterday with scam about me owing money and I think that is the same number they gave me. Never give them any information and they do have your SS and information but it is a scam. Check it out. They do not speak english well and it is very loud in the background. The security at my job even talked with them and this guy called one of our front desk girls a bad name.
