Short answer here is no, they cannot have you arrested or escorted to court. In some states IF you used a check they may be able to pursue criminal action, but that seems to be few and far inbetween. Nevada companies are pretty bad all the way around, seems their laws out there encourage this type of behavior, but their bluffing.

You can't be arrested or thrown in jail over pay day loans. Sounds like since they are calling you've probably cut off their access to your bank account. It that's the case good for you!
