yes a slime agency.do a search i the bar top right.that will give insight into this bottomfeeder.btw bankers is as you said a slime insurance co.so take that for what it's worth as i have never heard of a co demanding commision be returned or repaid.

:confused:So i'm curious as to what happened? Did they come after you? Stuart and Allen is currently trying to do the same thing to me. I havent worked at BLC for over a year. Stuart contacted me around December to let me know that they were trying to collect money and if I didnt pay they would sue. I had no contact number and they didnt call back until two weeks ago. I asked for an itemized list of why they were trying to collect and they send me my paystubs. Im so frustrated with both of these companies and wish there was something I could do.

You should ask the debt collector - Stuart Allen and Associates to validate the debt properly. Unless they validate the debt, you should avoid paying anything to them.

I'm going through a similar problem. They're calling to claiming money that I do not owe - there's no judgement. Long story short, now they're threatening to suspend my drivers license for non payment. I didn't think this was possible?
Not only is there no judgment but there was never a court case. Every time I ask for documentation they send me the police reports?

This is exactly my story. 2 years at that awful company and now I have the same guys saying they are suing me for 4 k. I asked for the documentation and they said that it had already been sent to me from the guys it was with first, Stuart Allen etc. Now the ish is with a company called Cainer and Weiner. They are REALLY laying it on thick that they are going to sue me.

Make them show you exactly where in your employment contract you agreed to return commissions. On top of that you would require a detailed accounting with a listing of the cancelled accounts for your verification. Send this request in writing.

I have done this, they said they already sent it to me when it was with Stuart Allen and Associates and they dont need to send it again.
