Does a collection agency have to inform you before freezing your bank account?
in order to freeze your bank account, you would have to have a j
in order to freeze your bank account, you would have to have a judgment against you. That should be warning enough. Of course they are not going to warn you when it would happen...if you knew it was going to happen, would you leave money in the bank???
