This Keith Brown is a scam. Just trying to scare you into making the payments. As the pdl is illegal, you may contact them, pay the principal amount and get rid of it. Illegal pdls cannot come after you for any other fees.

They deposited 300 into my account and withdrew 5 payments of 90, which is 450, before I closed the account. They got their principal amount. That's what I keep telling them every time some one calls about it.

well then you file a police report for the call as they are breaking the law.process servers never call in advance much less multiple times.then file AG complaints against SSM group as they not only lent you illegaly,but you have overpaid.also they sold it to a bottomfeeding scam that needs to break the law because they have nothing else.last thing also use the number you have to file AG complaints against the bottomfeeder name this kevin brown by name as there are a couple of threads here bearing his name.

LOL!!!! I know! The first day I talked to this Keith Brown and he told me to call his client at the 888 number...I called them and told them go ahead and serve me. The next day I get ANOTHER call from Keith Brown giving me one last opportunity to pay before he serves me. I said "Are you serious? You truly expect me to believe this is legit? SERVE ME!!!! I WANT YOU TO!"

If this person, Keith Brown, said there was no contact number for himself, that should be a MAJOR 'red flag' for you. That doesn't make any sense. I agree with the above posts..I would start making some complaints.

Well I just called there and asked where they were located. The lady refused to give me an address and hung up on me when I wouldn't tell her my name. I called back but my call got dropped.....two minutes later I get an unknown call, I answer it and the lady says Hello....Christina? I said No, who is this? She hangs up on me. I guess maybe she thought I hung up on her when my call got dropped, so she was getting me back? These people are crazy. They must have caller id. Lol.
