I had a Amex Credit card 10 year + and the
debt was written off. I am now receiving calls and written letters from NCO Financial regarding a settlement and at times demanding payment. Can someone advise me how to answer them?

Amex

I live in New Jersey and the account was written off 10 -15 years ago.
No payment was made to NCO or Amex. It was charged off.
