Recently I have been recieving phone calls that show up on my phone as 000. The person who calls is foreign and I can hardly understand them. They identify themselves as some type of law enforcement and state they have a warrant for my arrest. I cannot get them to tell me who the initial creditor is but they threaten me with arrest and bodily harm. They also know my SS number and today one even threatened my mother (by name). They have called my employer and accused me of being a criminal and suggesting that I be fired. What can I do and how do they have all of this information on me?

The first step I would take is to visit my local police station, and file a police report. Grounds of complaint would include, at least, the false representation as a law enforcement agent.
Then, as to the substance of their calls, what specifically are they asserting as their purpose? If they purport to be a debt collector, they are required to so inform you. FDCPA 807(11).
There is a long list of prohibited collection activities set forth in FDCPA 806, and a list of false or misleading representations set forth in FDCPA 807.
If you can tie their calls to purported debt collection, then you would have a littany of FDCPA violations that you could add to your police report. The state AG may then choose to act on your reported violations,
I would additionally notify the FTC of your situation. They are the federal agency responsible for enforcement of the FDCPA. If this party is doing this to you, chances are they are doing it to others.
