i never got a certified letter stating that a court case was filed, i had no idea... they sendt me a copy of a judgement against me for a credit card i never had, they say the card was issued in 1993 and 2 pmts were made on it,,,what can i do now?

I am sorry to say that if judgment has really been issued against you, then you'll have to pay it off. However, if you really want to vacate the judgment, then you have to make an appeal to the court. An expert lawyer can guide you regarding this matter.
