I was wanting to know why I went through a settlement with this company and now i have been sent to another company for collections and now i cannot reach you by phone.

Which company are you referring to? Did you make a settlement agreement with the company? Without a valid settlement agreement, it will be impossible for you to prove that you made any payments.
