Well... I don't have a personal experience dealing with these two payday lenders. As they are legal in your state, you will have to negotiate with them in order to set up payment arrangements. Moreover, you'll be liable for paying the principal balance as well as the late fees and other finance charges to them. You can take help of your local debt relief companies and go for payday loan consolidation.

Well I emailed cashnetuse "Advanced america" Per Michigan law they are suppose to let me make payments, they send an email a few days after I took the loan with the michigan law in it about payment plans and being able to pay it in 3 payments. well, I responded to that email stating that I could not pay the loan and wished to make the payment plans, they responsed back with the payment plan offer for the amount divided by 3 with my next 3 paydates. I I responded back that I would pay the 1st payment of only 100.00$ and then took the balance of that and put it towards the next 2 payments, so that they would still get all their monies in the 3 payments. they responded back that they could NOT do that and if I was unable to make the payment arrangements from their "plan" that I should call their collections dept after the 19th, when the loan was due to make other payment arrangements. Mu question is, If it goes to collections, what happens??? does is go on my credit and will it effect me cashing a check????

If you set up a payment arrangement with the collections dept right away, and stick to it, it won't be reported on your credit nor should it go to chex.
