Okay I have quite a few (didn't realize how many until I counted) :( loans which were done online. Now from reading some posts, the maximum allowed in California (which is where I am at) is $300 correct?

I have the following loans who every two weeks take out the interest (90 bucks and one 150) until I decide to pay off loan. But getting the feeling this isn't legal.

FloBridge
200/230 PAID IN FULL as of today but they took 260. Disputing 30 additional dollars with bank. They took 30 dollars last payday.

OneClickCash
300/390
They've been taking 90 bucks every paycheck

National CS
300/390
Taking 90 bucks every check

Loanshop
300/390
Taking 90 bucks

Advancemetoday
500/650
Taking 150

Emerald
300/390
Taking 90 bucks

Are they legal for California and is it legal to hit every paycheck?

They will debit your account in accordance with the contract which stipulates when you get paid. I used to get debited every other week because I got paid bi-monthly.

One Click Cash is not legal anywhere. Check your state website to see if the others are legal

Okay I've been reading some other posts and checked out the site to see if they have a license in California...of course they don't have one here. The other issue is that on the site it said rollovers aren't allowed but that's what these folks have been doing.

If that is the case, I only owe a few of them 30 dollars because as of today, they've taken $270 from my account. Advancemetoday is considered paid in full because as of today, they've received 600 (my loan was for 500).

Am I reading the information I am reading correctly?

Thanks
