my sister called me today and told me a pay day loan collector called her to inform her of my debt. I call that 888 number back. They said it was from global group lending intended to collect the pay day loan. I did not admit to the loan but asking them nicely for their addresses. The lady yelled at me, accused me, tell me to shut up and hung up on me. So i called back like 15 times. again she yelled at me with her nasty attitude and told me to stop calling her. she is mad ghetto. she called my 2 references and i asked her not to call them. so she tell me to shut up and hung up again. So i kept calling until it hit her last nerve. So what should I do now?

well anyone called should file a police report as by informing people of your debt they broke the law.big suprise...not!global is an illegal lender, and i wouldn't be suprised if this is their in-house collection.even so by informing someone else like that is illegal and should be treated as such.do that and don't engage them.it's not worth your time as they just want to argue.they argue with a dial tone,or dead air.

She wasn't willing to give out any information. I am not going to admit to anything until I get all the information. She's telling me to shut up, putting claims on me and my favorite quotes from her...."I don't know who you are, stop calling! Do you speak english!" Seriously, I do speak and understand it. That is why I returned that within 24 hour call she requested.

So the question is. How do I get her to stop calling my sister and whoever she said the 2nd person is?

well since pdl's are prohibited in MA you can check your AG'S website for your state laws in regards to recording calls.if you are a one party state you can record without informing them.then you can use said recordings in a lawsuit by a contingency lawyer.other than that besides filing the police report, and ignoring them.that's all i have.
