I originally got a payday loan to cover a period where I wasnt getting paid as much and now Im still not getting the money but now I owe these payday loans and I cant get my account out of the negative. I was contacted by Town and Country and they said they could help me with all of my debt includint student loans and credit cards and wanted some advice if I should sign up with them?

No, you shouldn't. Tell us what state you live in. Who are your payday loans with? List each company, how much was borrowed, how much repaid so far, and if they were storefront or internet loans. You may not even owe these.
