i had taken out a loan with westernsky, which then

file AG,and FTC complaints.you see neither westernsky,or cashcall is legal in NY.so unless you owe on westernsky i wouldn't even give it a thought.but i do need to ask.

1)how much was borrowed from westernsky and
2)how much was deboted before thw\ey transfered it to cashcall.

if line 2 meets,or exceeds line 1 again you owe nothing.fyi cashcall only lends in TX,NM,ABD CA so in every other state they are illegal.got the info from there website.so treat both places as illegal and file the complaints and don't pay them(cashcall)anything more than the principle and look at your records.you might not owe on this at all.last thing western sky is another "tribal loan place"so yes even if your state allowed pdl's.this one would be illegal anyway.

just to let you know, i had borrowed 2600.00 from westernsky , and i am to pay cashcall them first payment on june 1,2011.,since i closed my account,i would have to send a money order,but if this is not legal, i dont have to pay what they want, 323.00 a month, i only have to pay back what i borrowed, if this correct.and if i can only send 100.00 or 200.00 , they should be happy about getting something back from me. thank you for your time,

let me put it this way.this appears to be a dodge.you see CASHCALL is only allowed to lend in CA,NM,AND TX.i'm starting to think that westernsky procures the loan,and turns it over to cashcall.the jist is they hope by doing this round about that you will just pay cashcall.nothing can be further from the truth.it is an illegal loan as westernsky is not legal anywhere.file the AG complaint and be sure to note what i said about this.a complete dodge to get cashcall in states where they are not allowed to lend.

yes i have filed a complaint to n.y. AG. i informed them about the the loan with westernsky, and that it has been tranfered to cashcall. i am just waiting to see what happens, this week i am suppose to pay them they first payment, and i had closed my acct. i know this is going to cause a big problem, because they cant get there money right now, also i changed my home phone number because i was getting calls , about warrents, that were also scams.

well just know that you do owe the 2,600.00,but nothing else.btw there ar a few threads on this so i do think it's a BS round about tactic.i would do this though.if westernsky gave you any info on cashcall ie an email.i would send one along stating the fact that since westernsky is a "tribal loan"they were illegal in NY,and you will pay the 2,600.00,but need to make other arrangements.pay it on your terms,but do try to pay it.anyway do that just to get a feel of who you are dealing with here and wait for a response from your AG.give him a week.then file a follow-up.keep us posted.
