I received a letter from Powell Law firm in Colorado stating that i owe BMG_Alpine Services $576.00. I dont recall getting a loan from these people. I dont even know if the letter I got in the mail is true. What do I do next? I live in Fl.

Really I didnt know that! They sent me another letter.. But I still dont believe it. They said to fax over the proof that i didnt have anything placed in my account but then again I dont want them havin my info.

Do not send them anything. The burden is on them to validate the debt. Find the Debt Validation letter template in the DIY section above and mail it to them Certified. Keep copies of everything!!
