:confused:These people have sold my account to Midland Funding and they have sent me a summons my husband is sick and we are living totally off Social Security plus a small amount of food stamps. With the increase cost of everything plus the need of additional medicines for my husbands Frontal Lobe Dementia we have no money left over at the end of the month acutally we are usually over drawn at the bank. Do you have any suggestions for us.

You can also explain your financial situation to the collection agency and request them to give you some more time for making the payments.
