Payday loan help

Hello,
I've read your stickies about dealing with illegal PDL and I had a few questions.
I currently have one loan out there from LendDirect.com for 200.
I've already paid 140 in charges and this friday pull principle will be due with another 70.
My questions are if I send them a version of the letter included in the sticky, might I get some of my money back, or only be able to pay the 60 I have left?
Also, is there any chance of getting money back I paid in fees/charges on older PDL i took out in the beginning of the year?
