I have 10 possibly a few more pdl's in missouri, I've lost count, I am overwhelmed with calls and threats and the overalldistress of it all. I am at my end with all of this..........I need help......WHAT are my options?

Payday lending is legal in Missouri. So, if the the payday lenders are licensed to operate in your state, then you will be liable for paying the principal amount along with fees and other charges. If they are not licensed, then you will pay the principal balance and get rid of the debts.

As you haven't mentioned the names of your payday lenders, it is difficult to say as to which of them are legal and licensed. You can contact the Missouri Division of Finance and check out which of them are legal and licensed. Then you can go for the option of payday loan consolidation and get rid of your debts.

Yes, you may opt for payday loan consolidation. On the other hand, if you're good in budgeting, you may negotiate with your payday lender and set up a self-repayment plan.

Missouri Division of Finance is certainly the right place to know if your payday lender is operating legally. You may contact the Missouri Division of Finance at the following address:
