Their letters come out of Albuquerque and their # is, 866-734-2076.
I assume they are different than CitiCards, which I have seen others mention here of getting settlements with. Wondering if anyone has successfully settled with Citicorp CS before...

They (Citicorp) are claiming they charge off at 120 days. I have seen others on this board say they were beyond that with citicards. Just wondering if there are different charge-off "rules" for installment loans or if they are just bluffing me, or if these are different collectors. May need to let this one charge off, as I can only do 35%. Why on earth would they let $13K charge of versus taking a $5k settlement? Seems obsurd.
