Hi. I currently have 2 payday loans. One with Cashnetusa and the other with checkngo. I want to pay them back as I know they are legal in my state which is Texas, but don't want to keep renewing the loans each payday. Instead I want to pay them back each time I'm paid. How to I go about this? Do I need to close my bank account and force them to settle this way or should I just leave the account open and see if I can settle with them first?

Payday lending is legal in Texas and both CashnetUSA and ChecknGo are licensed to operate in your state. You can close your bank account so that they cannot debit money from your account. You can send your payments to them with the help of a check. You can even contact a debt settlement company in order to find out whether or not you can go for the option of debt settlement.
