Some do I received a call on my work phone stating if I didn't call back they were sending a wage assignment over to my employer and the funny thing about that is they said they don't need a court order. Wow!

Just make sure to email or talk to your hr, and tell them that you have revoked wage assignments from a lender. That way if they do try, your hr knows not to allow this. Some PDL contracts have a voluntary wage assignment written in. So they could just give this to your hr, and depending on how your company works, they may allow it without saying anything. Thats why its best to contact hr and let them know whats up. I wasn't specific, I just let them know that no one has my authorization to do this.
