should I wait the three days until Im sure the ach stop is in effect. and let the PDL know with the revocation letters? or can I do it now?, can they take money out any time they really want to?
I guess I need the steps to take... without closing my account, my bank is working with me (for a fee of course) - Ive read as much as I could on these forums and they have been very helpful... ...but, alot of it is starting to overlap in my head, time is running out for me to take action before losing more money... I just feel trapped with these people... :confused:

well you need to see the manager and get either the account on DEPOSITS ONLY,or close that account.stop payments don't work as yes integrity can,and will change the amount,change their name,or submit a paper check.again see the manager and reverse the stop payment,and get a block put on,or close that account.

I actually went through the call center, service center of my bank, (chase) - I work in Flint, MI, outside of our campus here, its a rough area, and really dont want to go to the branch... I know I know... Im lazy... but... I thought that the actually call center people had more authority then any one else... (Branch Managers and down...) Its a work in progress, thanks for the replys... Ive spent most of my days researching this forum now.

well is there a branch in a better area?btw no the call center will only recommend the stop payments.try to get to a branch.it doesn't have to be a specific branch.especially if it is one of the big banks.so to summarize the call center is on par with the tellers as far as this goes.
