Call from collection agency during mid night

Just few minutes back I received a threatening call from a collection agency? How can I sue them for spoiling my night? Plz suggest.

As per the FDCPA laws, the collection agencies can't threaten consumers while collecting a debt. So, you can report the issue to FTC or State's Attorney General.

A collector called at midnight? Or a dialer? Who called? In the US I dont know of any agency that would be open that late on a saturday night unless it is an illegal PDL inhouse collections.
