Bennett law keeps calling me

Hey
Like two months ago I was caught shoplifting (first and last time ever) at target. I was put into jail and bailed out 24 hours later. Now my court date is coming soon and i know its all going to be settled there. But i also got a letter from the Bennett law people wanting 500.00 for target! I was like are you kidding me!?? And they keep calling and calling me and when i spoke to them once they were extremely rude to me! So i dunno if i should just keep ignoring them or what?!?!
And trust me I will never ever in my life shoplift again! It was the most horrible experience of my life.

have you received anything from this place?if not ignore them.as long as you have a court date as you stated you can resolve this then.i would contact target for as long as the merchandise was returned you don't owe a thing.in fact do a search in the bar top right.bennet is a bottomfeeder that probably got the info from public records,and is trying to make a cheap payday.i would also look into your state laws in regards to recording calls.get the calls on tape,and bring them to court with you.just don't pay this scuzz as again you have the court date,and as long as the items were recovered you don't owe target 500.00.
