Teletrack is the place where all payday loan companies report the payday loan accounts of the consumers. Most of the payday loan companies make a point to view the consumers file in Teletrack before extending any loan to them. It just works like the credit bureaus but since not all payday loan companies report there, they make it a point to report to teletrack.
