i recieved a call from someone claiming to be from capital and associates law firm stating that they where going to arrest me and take me to court because i dont have the money to pay the loan company back, can they do this?
well since the threat was illegal you need to file a police repo
well since the threat was illegal you need to file a police report asap.once you do that ignore them as i know they will call again.they will because again they can't have you arrested.the threat was empty and illegal.file the report,and ignore them.
